Service Description

Each initial consultation includes: - A comprehensive nutrition assessment, including a review of your or your child’s 3-day diet history and health intake - Practical and innovative advice - Evidence-based nutritional education - A personalized nutrition care plan designed to meet your or your child’s specific needs - A summary of the nutrition care plan - A summary note sent to your or your child’s family doctor or pediatrician (available upon request) - Email communication and support related to the initial consultation for up to two weeks after the session
